And the main reason is that not all of the articles can be translated by using translation softwares and languages tools. Knowing a foreign language can make us add the survival skill. And not all the time we can use the translation softwares and languages tools. If we just want to communicate with the foreign people, I think the translation softwares and languages tools cannot help us at all. Therefore, language learning is necessary.
